We’ve all heard about prescription drugs in our water. Do the same treatment processes also remove fluoride?

There are several ways that fluoride removal can happen from potable water. One of the most effective methods is to coagulate it with alum while maintain a mid-6 pH. There are some additional processes that have been studied which you might find interesting as well. http://www.isws.illinois.edu/pubdoc/cr/iswscr-206.pdf
