Phosphorus treatment for a lagoon?

Hi, I would lean more towards physicochemical co-precipitation at discharge.
What discharge concentrations do you have? Particulate or dissolved phosphorus? And what's the flow rate? With big fluctuations?
It's 800 PE, only 2 to 3 assessments per year, 100 to 150 m3/d, 5 to 9 mg/l of phosphorus output. In theory, we can’t use a tertiary treatment because sediment/sludge from the lagoons will always release phosphorus.
