If sludge dewatering is your main concern, maybe you could look into a mobile sludge treatment solution. Few supplier are renting the machines and you can operate yourself or sometimes you can rent with operation people.
Hello, In view of the size of the facility, you might consider renting a mobile lamella clarifier to perform physico-chemical treatments. There are a number of companies that offer them specifically for bypass operations or temporary job sites.
Hello, I think that you should be able to improvise a treatment facilty using a high-walled container, skip or dumster and soldering a makeshift discharge point as well as renting ventilation systems such as diffusers, compressors and aerators (Xylem has a range of mobile products). Work in batchs, alternating phases of aeration, decantation and discharging of treated wastewater with a solenoid valve at outlet, a container to be the buffer tank, and a screen. To kickstart the biological process, add fresh sludge from another plant. Depending on how long you have to do this for, consider a way of discharging your sludge.
I my opinion, for dewatering solids, the best solution is to install a temporary centrifuge or built a dewatering facility as a permanent solution
