How can wastewater be treated through UF membrane, by MBR+RO?

We have build several MBR for the pharma and chemical industry in Asia (Singapor, China and Thailand). What you are asking for is a variant study with process flow schemes and rough costs, I (we) could help you to find a cost efficient solution. It is not necessarily the best for the environnement to implement a zero waste solution as RO or Evaporation are very energy intensive processes which come both at a high operational cost and large power consumption. And I guess your power/heat source is probably coal/natural gas/fuel oil/nucelar and thus you are probably making much more damage to the environment than releasing the treated water after the UF to the neighboring stream, which if the water has been correctly treated, can perfectly cope with the remaining organic/nutrient load. From a financial point of view it is anyway most likely nonsense. If you need help you can contact me.
