Feedback on Sofrel LS/LT and Ijinus level sensors

Hi,
The Ijinus sensor is easy to program, good battery life; you'll need the software + connection kit.
GSM compatibility, but what kind of data do you want to track?
I find it very convenient for network monitoring but not in continuous mode.
Sofrel LS/LT data loggers with detector, easy programming (need to be familiar with Sofrel, but it's Windows), you can input the conversion table in your LT (2 tables), create alarms, calculate overflow. You can even monitor water levels in your network and track bypasses; personally I prefer these units.
I have 5 LS/LT installed for 4 years, no worries, easy installation... (I want to clarify that I have no personal relationship with SOFREL)
Don't hesitate if you want more info or a template for a program.
Kind regards,

Hello,
The advantage of the LS/LT is that it’s integrated with SOFTOOLS, which anyone using SOFREL remote management knows well. Easy setup. It only transmits data in GPRS but can send SMS alerts. The only problems encountered are related to network coverage; an external antenna is strongly recommended. SOFREL troubleshooting hotline is particularly responsive and helpful.
Ijinus level sensors are not totally reliable: gaps in data transmission, loss of existing configuration for no reason, loss of water-tightness.
At your disposal if you need further info on implementation.

Hi there,
We have 15 IJINUS devices as well as LTs.
The 1st generation IJINUS had a lot of defects, but today the product is reliable and much better quality.
IJINUS: very small footprint, easy to install. Good choice for small manhole or trap—less chance of damage to equipment during cleaning. It can read levels below zero reference point. Drawback: you have to change the battery every year (set it during "metrology" run)
SOFREL: better reliability and longer battery life.
Good luck
