Problem of lime-conditioned sludge not holding shape in a pile
We are having problems with sludge that has been treated with lime (dryness at 29%) and that does not hold together in a pile, making it difficult to store in the fields. Have you ever encountered this problem?

Do you have any feedback on using diaphragm pumps for lime slurry dosing?
We are looking at one that is specially designed for abrasive liquids and a rinse phase.

Calculating flow rate of lime sludge
How do you calculate the flow rate of lime sludge as mixer output in order to size a cake pump that will replace a screw conveyor? I would like to replace the lime sludge screw conveyor with a cake pump. In order to select the size, the supplier is asking me for the flow rate.
