Leak detection advice
Hi, I am wondering about the effectiveness, advantages, and disadvantages of different leak detection methods. I would like your feedback on: - pre-location - noise correlators - acoustic detectors In particular these brands: Hydreka, Gutermann, Sewerin and Primayer.

Our community is considering the prospect of AMI. Is anyone working within this infrastructure already?
What do you see the pros and cons being if you do? Thanks.

Can the SeCorr 300 detect leaks on PVC or PE pipes?
Hello, We are looking into purchasing a new correlator to detect leaks on PVC or PE pipes. We performed simulations using Sewerin's SeCorr 300, but I was looking for some feedback from anyone who has used it in the field in order to determine how effective it really is.

Assessing boundary valve water tightness
Hello, I'd like set up district metering on our network. I'm looking for reliable ways to assess the water tightness of future boundary valves. It seems to me that this is fundamental in obtaining reliable balance sheet data. Basically I am aware of two methods: Acoustic detection at the valve h...

Leak detection using helium—is it effective and in what type of situation?
Hi, We have a leak in a network section that cannot be isolated, and so I am considering using helium. Can you tell me under what conditions this technique is effective, and more importantly when it is not? What restrictions might there be? thank you
