Under 40gpd biodegradable grey water only disposal, county wants entire septic system put in please help
We are located in California, building is in agricultural/commercial zoning, sitting on an acre of 12' deep sand and gravel, landscape architect said branched drain or leech field would be optimal, county said must provide permitted examples from other counties, any advice welcome!

Does Laguna Beach, CA treat its sewage before discharging into ocean?
I have heard the City of Laguna Beach dumps its sewage into the ocean, unlike other coastal cities. Is this true?
